SNK Playmore Fixing Online Troubles in KoFXIII

Atlus acknowledges and thanks players for reports of online issues in The King of Fighters XIII.

Atlus is working with SNK Playmore on creating and sending a patch to fix the online issues.

No word on the patch’s release, but isn’t it nice to know that your complaints have been heard?

The fighting genre will have a lot of great titles competing for game of the year, but does King of Fighters XIII have a chance this year?

Probably not. But with 30 fighters, an anime art style, and a promotional four-disc soundtrack as a pre-order bonus, Atlus sure is trying.

KoF was a huge franchise once, but with superior titles like Tekken, Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, and Marvel Vs. Capcom, it will be hard to rekindle the love that this franchise once had.

But the King has one foot up on the competition: a $10 difference in price. That’s right, KoFXIII will run at $50 while other new titles drop at $60.

It’s not much, I know.
